E bike/E scooter Op

Dear Resident

In response to ongoing concerns re the Anti social behaviour use of E bikes/scooters,your local Neighbourhood Policing team, A member of Blackpool Council community safety and Headquarters Road Policing team have conducted an operation over the weekend.

In total 23 E bikes/scooters were seized and 3 people were reported for traffic offences.

Of concern one of the E bikes seized was capable of reaching 60 MPH !!.

These bikes will now be crushed.
